For this you have to pay a security deposit of around $6,000 (around ₹4.8 lacs), which will be refunded upon the completion of the renovation.

Ponga, a small village in the mountainous region of Northern Spain is also offering money to lure young couples to move there. Ponga offers young couples approximately $3,600 (around ₹3,00,000) to move there. Not only this, the Spanish also gives another $3,600 (approximately ₹3 Lacs)  for every child born in the village. A dream place for couples, isn’t it?

Ireland has a scheme called ‘Enterprise Ireland’, which awarded over €120 million (around ₹1000 crore)  to start-up businesses in the year 2020. If you choose to be part of the program, you will be given land, a house, and a monthly stipend of about $565 (around ₹45,000) for the first three years. So what are you waiting for?   1. Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Italy

Due to its aging population, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, a comune and hill town in the province of L’Aquila in the Abruzzo region of southern Italy, is paying young entrepreneurs to set up businesses there. More than a third of its total population is over 65 years, hence the move is understandable. It will pay young entrepreneurs up to $52,022 (around ₹40 lakhs) to move there, including a stipend of roughly $23,000 (around ₹18 lakhs) to start a business there. To apply your age needs to be between 18 years and 40 years, and you need to live for at least 5 years along with operating a business in Santo Stefano.

The southeastern Italian village is also offering people good money to move there, especially young couples and families. Candela is giving $950 (around ₹75,000) to young people and $1400 (around ₹1 Lakhs) to young couples.  If you are a family of three is paid $2100 (around ₹1.6 Lakhs), whereas a family of four or over is awarded $2300 (around ₹1.8 Lakhs). The only thing Candela wants in return for all this is that, you must rent a house there and have a job paying $8,800 (around ₹7 Lakhs) per year.

The Chile Government has started an accelerator program called Start-up Chile, which offers equity-free investment to startups with unique business ideas. This program provides up to $$80,000 (around ₹64 lakhs) in equity-free funding and a 1-year resident visa to entrepreneurs over 18 years of age.

The Western United States on the northwest extremity of North America, Alaska runs a program called the Alaska Permanent Fund, which allotts an equal amount to its residents through an annual dividend. If you live in this state for an entire year, you will be granted about $1,600 which is around ₹1.3 Lakhs. A great deal.

The city of Tulsa in Oklahoma is inviting remote workers and is paying around $10,000 (approximately ₹8 lakhs) to join their community. With a large sum of money,  you will also be provided with a free desk space and free access to networking events. To be eligible, you need to be over 18 years of age with full-time remote employment or self-employed outside of Oklahoma.

Albinen, the quaint town of Switzerland, is inviting people to move there and even paying a large sum of money for it just to increase its population. The Swiss city is offering expats under the age of 45, a lucrative amount of 20,000 francs (around ₹20 lakhs) per adult and 10,000 francs (around ₹8 lakhs) per child. In return the Swiss city wants you to live there for 10 years. As an additional demand, you need to buy a home that must cost at least 200,000 francs (around ₹1.5 crores), which will be your permanent place of residence after you move there.
